Victor Marin
PRESIDENT
Victor is a husband, father, grandfather, and entrepreneur. He is proud to have founded ALCON with his wife Rebeca and his two sons. Victor's story is similar to many Miami residents, he fled from Cuba to Florida in search of the "American dream". Victor has had many jobs since his arrival from Cuba, he started off as a dishwasher and ended up as a leadmen in B.F. Goodrich landing gear division for commercial airplanes before deciding to follow his dream of opening his own business in 2010, and has not looked back since. Victor is living proof that the American dream is not dead.
Rebeca Marin
VICE PRESIDENT
Rebeca also immigrated from Cuba in 1980 with her parents and 4 sisters, unlike Victor she went straight into the glass and glazing industry in 1989 at the young age of 18. Rebeca has more than 30 years of experience in the "windows and doors world" and its hard to go anywhere window related and not find a few people that know Rebeca. Rebeca has a great reputation in the industry. Rebeca is a wife and proud mother and grandmother.

Victor Marin Jr. is the eldest son of Alcon’s founders, Rebeca and Victor Sr. Having witnessed firsthand the hard work and sacrifice his parents poured into establishing the company, Victor developed a deep respect for the trade early on. At the age of 24, following a career in competitive baseball, he seamlessly translated the discipline, precision, and leadership of an elite athlete into the family business. Today, Victor is a Licensed General Contractor who directs Alcon’s project management, engineering compliance, and field operations.
